Personal Training & Transformational Macro Coaching Agreement

This document describes the terms of use that Luna Strength LLC uses on purchases made through lunastrength.com and all other sales relating to Luna Strength LLC. By purchasing or using products from Luna Strength LLC you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Personal Training & Transformational Macro Coaching Agreement

This Personal Training & Transformational Macro Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Luna Strength LLC (“Coach,” “Company,” “we,” “us”) and the undersigned client (“Client,” “you”) as of the date of purchase or signature.

1. Coach Qualifications

The Coach holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Transformational Macro Coaching Certification. Services are provided based on education, training, and professional experience in fitness, nutrition coaching, and behavior change.

2. Scope of Services

Luna Strength LLC provides coaching services which may include:

• Customized exercise programming

• Macro calculations and nutrition guidance based on client-provided information

• Coaching support, mindset work, and brainstorming strategies

• Scheduled coaching calls or check-ins if included in the purchased program

Services do not include medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. No Guarantees

Client understands and agrees that:

• Results such as weight loss, weight gain, fat loss, muscle gain, or strength improvements are not guaranteed

• Progress depends on factors outside the Coach’s control including adherence, lifestyle, stress, sleep, genetics, and consistency

• Luna Strength LLC is not responsible for the Client’s results or lack of results

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete health history and personal data information

• Follow workouts and macro guidance to the best of their ability

• Communicate limitations, injuries, or concerns promptly

• Actively participate in the coaching process

Failure to follow guidance, attend calls, or use provided services does not constitute fault of Luna Strength LLC.

5. Scheduling & Missed Call Policy

• Coaching calls must be scheduled and attended within the purchased program timeframe

• Client is responsible for showing up on time

• If Client is more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled call without canceling at least 24 hours in advance, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled

• Missed or unused calls are non-refundable

6. Program Usage & Expiration

• All programs, calls, and support must be used within the timeframe purchased

• Unused services do not roll over and cannot be transferred unless stated in writing

• The Coach is not responsible for unused services due to Client inaction

7. Nutrition Disclaimer

Client acknowledges that:

• Macro coaching is for educational and lifestyle purposes only

• This is not medical nutrition therapy

• The Coach does not diagnose or treat eating disorders or medical conditions

• Client should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns

8. Assumption of Risk

Client understands that exercise and nutrition changes involve inherent risks, including injury or adverse reactions, and voluntarily assumes all such risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna Strength LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or outcomes related to participation in coaching services.

10. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luna Strength LLC, its owner, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Client’s misuse of programming

• Failure to follow instructions

• Inaccurate or incomplete disclosures

11. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing

• No refunds are issued for missed calls, unused services, or dissatisfaction based on unmet expectations

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your client portal or by contacting me directly. All subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Upon cancellation, access to services will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period (monthly or yearly), after which access will terminate.

12. Termination

Luna Strength LLC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without refund if Client violates policies, behaves inappropriately, or provides false health information.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Luna Strength LLC is registered.
