Micah is an amazing coach, I always feel her belief in me and that she is in my corner. She is a great listener, is creative, and is so passionate in what she teaches. She truly wants to help women succeed in their goals. She is able to guide me to break down my goals and make them doable with smaller steps. I have learned so much about myself and my relationship with food. It\'s so fun to learn about how my body works and what I can eat to help it function. I have more energy and feel more capable. I have learned to love my body while wanting to be healthier. I am so grateful for her.

Micah changed me, with me. I had other trainers who had me do what they knew. It didn\'t work, it left me feeling worse. I have a new shoulder, shattered knee and other complications that made doing regular programs almost impossible and left me feeling defeated. Micah studied my conditions and my situation and scheduled a program for me! I love it. I was told by my doctors there would be things, I can never do. With the research and the program tailored to me, built Micah, I have built strength and can actually do more. I have nothing but success with her as my trainer. She is the best gift I have ever given myself. Energy, strength, confidence, and mobility are all the gifts I have gotten because Micah is my trainer. She makes it easy to believe you can, because it\'s built for you!

I've been wanting to get in shape for a long time since having two kiddos, but always struggled with finding a program that worked with my life. I found those \"lots of changes all at once programs\" often left me unmotivated quickly. The thing I love about working with Micah and her process is that she meets you right where you are. Not only did she help me find changes I could make that would make a big impact, but helped with the mindset barriers that in the past caused me to give up quickly and not prioritize myself. Micah is the best supporter and cheerleader. She is so knowledgeable not only regarding eating healthy, but getting your body moving. Highly recommend!!!
